History of HVH

Hardwicke Village hall started off life slightly smaller than the building you see today.  The main section of the hall can be seen by the pitched roof.  Over several years there have been successive additions of the flat roof sections that house the lounge, toilets, kitchen and changing rooms.

We also have a fully stocked bar able to cater for small parties or large ones that push towards our 150 capacity.

We have recently seen major investment in repairs to the facility.  A new EPDM roof membrane has been installed to all flat roof sections.  The toilet facilities have undergone a complete transformation.

Prior to the recent developments we have seen new flooring installed in the hall, high performance windows and doors installed throughout, a fully fitted kitchen with large cooker, considerably enhanced from that supplied previously. We have an on going programme of works that will further enhance this valuable facility.
